ORDER CANCELLATION :
Kindly request a cancellation within 12 hours of your purchase. After a period of 12 hours, the order would remain valid and cannot be cancelled.

DAMAGED DELIVERY :
Our shipments are very carefully and securely packed. We request you not to accept the shipment if the package is damaged or has been tampered with. Kindly inform us within 24 hours along with an image of the damaged package.

DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM DELIVERY :
In case of a defective or wrong item delivered, kindly return it within 48 hours of delivery in the same condition along with the tags and labels. We would send you a replacement as soon as possible. The return shipping charges would be borne by Mohi.
