Shipping Policy
The shipments is well packed and a reliable courier partner(DTDC) is used for shipping
Goods will be shipped within 7-10 days of receiving the order
Goods once shipped will be received within 5-7 days, PAN India
International orders may take longer to be received depending on the location
Refund Policy
Goods once sold are not refunded
However if the product is damaged or defected, we will accept within 7 days of receiving the package
Items on discount will not be refunded
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order cancellation within 24 hrs of placing the order shall be considered.
Returns will be accepted if a valid reason is stated for return. Please mail to care@svadeshy.in
In case of return, the customer has to bear the shipping charges for returning the product
Color difference as a reason will not be considered valid for return as different screens show different colors
